  • 11st 4lbs

    I lost 1.5lbs last night, yay! Even though i ate cheesecake. Plan today is to get lots of work done for uni and then go for a long power walk when my boyfriend gets home from work.

    Breakfast: Tea and 2x Fibre teaspoons - 45cals. Muller Corner Blueberry Yoghurt - 200cals.

  • 11st 5.5lbs

    I am struggling. I desperately need to get back on track but i cant seem to stop eating or make myself exercise. I would appreciate any advice or encouragement you guys can give me to get my ass off the sofa, lol. My weight went down to 11st 2.5lbs and i felt almost normal sized again but now it has gone back up to 11st 5.5lbs because of a couple days of eating too much. I'm going to be glued to xanga for the weekend to focus on gettting back on track.

    Breakfast: 2x Cup of tea - 30cals. 
    2 teapoons of fibre - 30cals. Strawberry Muller Corner Yoghurt - 200cals. :260 Cals.
    Lunch: Pitta Bread - 165cals. Flora - 50cals. Muller Corner Cherry Yoghurt - 200. :415 Cals.
    Dinner: 3x mini triangle sandwiches. Handful of doritos. 2x cheese and pineapple sticks. 2x small glasses of apple juice. 1x small piece of chocolate. Cheesecake.... Oops.

    B: 260+
    L: 415+
    D: 700?
    TOTAL: Approx 1400 Calories

    I just went for an hour long power walk around the park with my boyfriend and am feeling a bit better now. I had to go to an engagement party so decided to eat there instead of at home so i cant calculate my calories. I shouldnt have eaten the cheesecake though....

  • 11st 3.5lbs

    So I have lost 2.5lbs since i last wrote on here. I ached like crazy after the 2 walks the other day and spent 2 days recovering/shopping/theatre so didnt have time to exercise. Today i had to wait at home all day as my new Sony Vaio pink laptop was supposed to arrive but it didn't..... hopefully tomorrow. So im going stir crazy now as i have been stuck in my flat all day. I have been eating well the last 3 days, 1100 to 1200 calories each day. But the exercise a few days ago seems to have kick started my metabolism because im losing weight quicker, so i will have to go for a long walk tomorrow after uni to keep it up, and keep my eating on track.

  • 11st 6

    Well i did get back on track ok yesterday and ate 1150 calories and did an hour power walk. I lost 1lb last night so i am 11st 6 again. Today i went for an hour power walk on my own this morning and a 45 min power walk this evening with my boyfriend, he's also losing weight and getting fitter. I have eaten 1250 calories so i should lose some more weight tonight, yay! I also did a body wrap last night and used my toning shorts last night and am wearing them now as i write this, lol, its a good thing you guys cant see me.

    I had dominos pizza around a friends house last night and then ice cream, so i put a bit back on, but im back on track today. Need to go for a long power walk and watch what i eat today.

  • 11st 5.5 lbs

    I lost another pound, yay! Im now 11st 5.5lbs. Exercise daily really is the best way to lose weight. Have planned out what im going to eat today for my 1100 calories and i have to go for a walk on my own because the boyfriend is at work, unless we go when he gets back when its dark.

    I went for that power walk last night and i lost 1.5lbs because of it, and eating 1100 calories. At least my weight is going in the right direction now. Need to stay i track now.....

    Later....Well i have eaten 1100 calories and done an hour power walk, as well as shopping. Should lose some weight tonight, fingers crossed.

  • 11st 8lbs

    Well i was 11st 8lbs this morning but i ate lots last night before i did my last post on here. I have eaten just under 1100 calories and am about to go for a walk with my boyfriend. Im doing well at geting back on track at the moment..... let you know tomorrow, will be permanently attached to xanga tonight to stop myself from eating! lol. Want to do a body wrap later to make me look and feel better, and have a bath.

  • 11st 7.5lbs

    Well i have put on another 1.5lb because i have eaten too much on valentines days and after. Now 11st 7.5lbs again. Need inspiration to get my eating habits back on track. Exercising has stopped again too. This always happens after a few weeks.... i was doing so well and now im struggling. Really dont want to undo all my hard work. So tomorrow i will have no fast food, 1200 calories and exercise (hopefully). Any advice about getting back on track guys? I have also been really stressed with the amount of work i have to do for uni and lack of money i have left.

    Well i put back on that pound i lost yesterday because i ate a bit too much and sat around too much because i was hungover and didn't want to exercise. Have to get back to exercising today so i dont go off track.
